We are unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a restaurant closure.
1.3 Events or Group Bookings:
Refunds for events or large group bookings are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation window.

Change of mind or personal preferences after the food has been prepared or delivered.

Orders that cannot be completed due to incorrect customer information (e.g., incorrect delivery address or contact details).
