REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Online Orders:
Refunds for online orders may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Items were missing from the order.

  • Food quality concerns are reported and verified.

1.2 Reservations (Prepaid or Deposits):
Refunds for reservation deposits or prepaid bookings may be issued if:

  • The reservation is canceled by the customer within 48 Hours of the booking time.

  • We are unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a restaurant closure.

1.3 Events or Group Bookings:
Refunds for events or large group bookings are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation window.

  • Change of mind or personal preferences after the food has been prepared or delivered.

  • Orders that cannot be completed due to incorrect customer information (e.g., incorrect delivery address or contact details).

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your order or reservation by:

  • Your name

  • Date of order or reservation

  • Order or reservation number (if applicable)

  • Reason for the refund request

 

3.2 Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 5 business day. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days, depending on your payment method.
